Our cottages

Both cottages recently renovated & very clean. Each cottage sleeps 4

Top cottage- 1 bedroom / double bed, plus pull out coach in the living area, sleep two. Seating at breakfast nook with 4 stools.
Bottom cottage- Yellow door-1 bedroom/ double bed- room with single bunk beds- living space single pull out coach/Small table and stools -
Both kitchens - come equipped with cutlery-plates- pots- frying pans- bowls, etc.
Appliances- microwave- coffee maker-two stove top elements-Fridge-toaster & toaster oven-
Outside-deck with table, chairs & umbrella propane barbeque with side element idea for cooking & barbequing
Each cottage has a Smart TV & WIFI.
Beach chairs and umbrella available on request-
Fire Pit , purchase/bring your own wood
Gazebo for afternoon reading and lounge chairs.

Rates

. Rental are Saturday to Saturday- from time to time there may be weekends available - inquire on availability- Weekly rate starting @ $1000-4 guests-with a key deposit to hold $400- This deposit is return back to our guests at the end of their stay- pending there are no damage/left clean &tidy -Payments made via - ETF Payment in full- one day before your arrival date - extra fees may apply -small Dogs are allowed- with a fee of $50.

Bring your own bed linen, towels. toiletries.
